Most of our projects are given to consultants. We have project managers who assign tasks or projects to consultants. The project managers clearly presents the tasks and what actions are expected from them. Time frame and due dates for specific milestone or tasks are also discussed and it forms part of the expectations we have from our consultants. So basically we are able to monitor the performance of consultants.
