Hi all,

Appreciate if anyone could send me an example to illustrate what to write inside the project managment plan? There are sections like Purpose, project objectives, Quality objectives, etc... but I am not sure how to fill them in?

What type of project are you planning for, and what kind of plan are you looking at?

Hello Sianz,

Project management plan is based on your project i.e. which type of project you are going to make. The content you define like Objective, Purpose Scope of the project etc just depend on your project. All the content depends only on your project so firstly you have to decide what you want to make.
