Agile PM

I'm starting a new role and I've been advised the delivery is based on Agile software delivery, however predefined software for a standard product. I've been working as a PM for 15ish years, and wondered in terms of a project plan, what could be/look different from the Waterfall approach I've previously used. I am thinking in terms of the iterative approach I've read about. How can these 'sprint' phases be represented in an overall plan?
