I am currently taking a PM course and my assignment is to work on a project to implement a new audio and video recording system in a call centre.
The objective of this project is to install software on 2000 agent and managers computers across Canada and train all 2000 staff on how to use this software by December 31st, 2018, to provide a system that can collect call data to be used to assess performance. The deliverables will be:
