Project Resource Challenges

Dear colleagues,

I am interested to know about the resource challenges you face on your projects and how you overcome them. I am a relatively inexperienced project manager who is looking to improve my skills. I am also undertaking some research on the same topic as part of my MEng degree relating to the resourcing challenges that project managers face. I have spent 5 years working on this degree and this is one of the final bits of work I have to undertake to finish it off. Please, can you help me get across the line by spending a few minutes (approx 5) filling in my anonymous multiple choice survey?
