AON Network Diagram

So I have been asked in a question to formulate an AON diagram. But I am not sure that the question is correct. Can someone assist?

1. Develop a network diagram (AON)
2. Identify the paths through the network diagram
3. Determine the critical path and state the earliest time the project can be completed
