Looking for Project Management Software That Includes Database Management

Hi,

Would anyone have a suggestion? I'm looking for software that could manage at the same time quite a big database, but also include a project management part. Meaning we could download life data records and basic information, but allowing modifications linked to some improvements/projects carried out (variable inputs). Said software should be able to ensure backup, creation, data search, monitoring and queries.

I've found several softwares packages on the Net, but none of them is offering the correct solution.
