Which PM Maturity Model / How to perform the assessment?

Hello!

I want to perform an assessment in my company to rate the maturity of our Scope Management & Change Control processes (based on PRINCE2).

Which PM Maturity Model do you recommend? Because of PRINCE2 I think P2MM could fit. But P3M3 or OPM3 could also?

Did you perform an assessment in the past? How did you perform the assessment?
