User Adoption Strategy

Hello,

I was tasked with thinking about a User Adoption Strategy for a new CRM system that we will be building. Apart from choosing a number of key users, and them spreading the word, I am not quite sure what's involved in this.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Hi Lily! I have a few questions...

What line of business?

Who are the users - sales people? Operations people? Both?
