Help with past paper questions!

I'm currently revising for a project management exam which is coming up soon and I need help with these questions. I know the first one, Critical Path Analysis. I just need the others clearing up and what'd be clear concise answers for these questions (please see attachment).

It may seem like "cheating" but it's for my revision and would help greatly knowing the answers as the lecturer has said it's a similar paper.
