Mine are...

1. More focus on PM leadership & the psychological aspect of project management, as opposed to the management itself.

2. More interviewing techniques on how to distinguish yourself in a crowded PM marketplace.

1) Responsibility for all IT projects at my place of work.

2) Obtain PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.

3) Forge a closer working relationship with Property Services Manager and perform a project support role for building projects.
