Hello All,

It's day two of my Prince2 Practitioner Course, all going well but wondering if it's worth doing some other courses?

My question is, is it good to have a lot of certificates in different methodologies, or is it better to focus on one?

Thank you

Hello Judy,

Yes, I've done several project management certifications, and they have all been worthwhile. I'd recommend looking at some of the PMI certs, such as CAPM and PMP. These are more demanding and rigorous than PRINCE2, and therefore have more value in my opinion.

Agile methods such as Scrum is another area you could consider investigating. It's causing quite a buzz in the IT sector, and Agile skills are likely to be increasing in demand over the coming years.
