Hello,

I represent ISS Art, LLC, a software development company.

We’re going to organize a free webinar, and we need to define the topic that would be the most interesting. Currently we have the following topics in mind:
  1. Time tracking systems
  2. Managing an offshore software development team
  3. Why Java technology became so popular
Which one interests you most? Please share your thoughts in replies.

Personally, 'managing an offshore software development team' interests me most. I'm managing team members working offshore and would value some advice and ideas for managing them more effectively.
