Hi Duncan,

In a nutshell, I like this as it is simple to appreciate and can be easily applied.

Just out of curiosity, what goals have been achieved by your team through you using the model with them?

I have just done a course which had modules on leadership and I can see this being a helpful tool. When the individual achieves more, so does the organisation (win-win scenario).
