I really like this.

I have been reading a lot up on PM soft skills recently, and how to get optimal team performance through skills like motivation, so this article was well timed!

In general, I found this article a good insight to HOW a project leader should behave.

I found your article very informative and I do agree that coaching can help your team members become more productive and give their best shot at their tasks. This would ultimately improve the productivity of the whole team.
