Good day, my name Zalikha, I'm new in here. Currently I'm doing a project management proposal and would like to ask is deliverables and required resources are the same thing? I'm quite confuse of these two terms and would appreciate if anyone can answer me because I really need it immediately. Thank you
Hi Zalikha,
Welcome to the board.
Deliverables are the things you create by running a project, the products you have to create to finish the project. When defining deliverables think about the project outcome.
Required resources are the things needed to create the deliverables, which may be people, raw materials, equipment etc. When defining required resources think about any physical or virtual item of limited availability. The resources required will vary depending on the type of project.
Does this help?
