Hello,

I am looking for help in producing a PID, I am looking for information as to what is to be covered within a PID, I am wondering if somebody could give a few lines about each section as to what is required.

Is there a set template for a PID or are their different styles?

Any help would be much appreciated, I have just started a project management degree and need a little help getting to grips with it.

I also have to discuss risk analysis, work breakdown structure, key project deliverables and outline a business case.

There is a template for the PID and in there it explains each section within the PID.
