Hi All,

I could easily search on google, but can anyone direct me to recommended reading material on how to communicate effectively within a projects environment?

I have found material on google but I am keen to see what people recommend. As we all know, PM's should communicate effectively, so what communicating techniques should we use?

A colleague tells me this is a good book when it comes to Project Communication:
