Problematic team members. We've all had them. Hopefully not very often, but to some degree...all project managers have had project team members that have - at one time or another - caused issues on the project, with the customer or just don't seem to play nicely.
An upcoming article of mine discusses this and some simple steps that I have used to get past the issue. It's titled "The Case of the Non-Complying Team Member".
