Want to Change Career to PMO

Hi,

I am currently an Analyst Developer with 4 years of experience and also have a years experience working as a Project Co-ordinator. I would like to move into PMO. The company I am with does not have a PMO department, hence looking else where. I wouldn't mind getting into an entry-level PMO position (to get the experience) if it is with large org. What certifications are required to even be considered for an interview. Would PRINCE2 Foundation be enough or is the Practitioner needed as well? Is any other certification required? Any advice is much appreciated.
