Creating a WBS

Hi,

Is it possible to create a WBS for obtaining a college degree? How could I separate it into deliverables? Can somebody help me, please?

Hi Iswan,

It's certainly possible to create a WBS for obtaining a college degree. Here are a few pointers to get you started:
  1. Think about your objective. What does the successful outcome look like? Write it down as your scope.
  2. Make a written list of all the deliverables needed to achieve your objective.
  3. Now breakdown your deliverables into work packages small enough for one person to manage.
This is your WBS containing a list of broken down deliverables; what you will get when the work is complete. Be aware that it's not a list of activities and tasks used to achieve the work packages.
