Hello,
I'm sure there's a better way to phrase this - I was just wondering what phrases people use to describe the difference between a target date and the date that an item is actually delivered?
Target / Actual?
Due / Delivered?
...?

Hi there,
I think in either case, you must have reference dates. These are specified in scheduling. Now if there is a float on certain activities, or the project uses CCPM, then special terms are used for these dates.

Hi both,
Thanks for your replies and apologies for such a late response (I was determined to keep work to a minimum over Christmas).
Really useful and I've incorporated both into the document.
Cheers,
Eoin
