Hi all,

As we head into 2013, thoughts will envitably turn to our goals and objectives for next year, but how many will fall by the wayside, detined to fail?

Achieveing goals and objectives is hard and this is where 'SMART Goals' can help. But how do you write a SMART Goal? With New Year in mind, a time when we traditionally set our goals and resolutions for the year ahead, Project Smart has produced a short video on how to write SMART Goals.

Good advice in the video. It does sound like a similar approach to how Prince2 go about Benefit measuring.

The encoding for the video on the web page didn't work for me, so I played the video through media player.
