Any Complete Project/Workflow Management Online Tool?
Do we believe there is a complete work management tool? We have to use many different tools and pay them every month separately. Like every business, we need to send quotes/estimates to clients, and they have to create a proposal or a requirements document and sign-off. Plus, they need to manage people/projects/tasks for in-house or remote team members. At the last stage they want to invoice the client as well. Is there any system so we can pay at one site and we can have it all?

TaskQue is a pretty good application which works on a cloud, it has workflow, project success summary, and kanban system. It is free for teams of up to 10 people. A project manager can easily manage their teams and assign them tasks through it.

We use it successfully in our company. It's very convenient for coordinating work of my team, checking it and preparing tasks for other workers.

I think you can have all the features for free at Fluxes.com. They have a free web based team collaboration and project management tool. For clients, you can create checklist card inside a project board and share that privately which they can update. You can create tasks with deadline and assign that to a team member which they can mark as complete after finishing it. Each task can have notes and attachment. Fluxes also have live chat feature which makes it a seriously helpful tool. There is no limitation to how many team members you can add and it's still free.

First of all, make sure that whatever project management software you're considering for your team has core features like the dashboard, Gantt Chart, Project Scheduling, Project Reporting, Project & Task Tracking, etc. Some of the tried and tested tools are:
- Asana
- JIRA
- Trello
- Taskworld
- Basecamp
- Quire
