Postby Pmisfun » Sat 04 Jul 2015 1:04 am

Dear All,

I'm a PMP and have passion for project management and white board videos.

I have a youtube channel I'm using to share my organisational project management experience.

This is my channel link. Please give me your feedback if you have any or you may ask questions if you wish.

Hope this is useful to you.
Thanks

According to me, projects mostly fail due to lack of understanding problems, poor employee interaction, leaving Scrum meetings, lack of daily updates of projects and rock bottom management activities. If the project manager organizes their teams without lack in any area and also companies are a small startup at least try project management software for better handling.

Given below are some reason that I think cause project failure

  • Lack of detailed documentation
  • Failure to track requirements
  • Failure to track progress
