I have a couple of best practices to suggest:
- Often, we are working in virtual project teams across the globe. Utilise different time zones to meet objectives. For example, I use the time difference between India and the UK to my advantage. Getting software upgrades carried out during India's morning helps avoid disruption to my mostly European user base.
- Keep your business analyst by your side to not only help define customer requirements but to help solve problems and give customer support. A good business analyst can not only save you time but increase customer satisfaction.
