Re: Junior PM needs advice - potentially being moved to a project in delivery

Postby George_35 » Thu 12 Jan 2017 8:33 am

PM is the process of managing the different projects and improving the organization’s performance. PM is the responsible person to meet up goals, and his/her knowledge is required if the team could achieve the project task at each level. Even if it’s a large scale or small scale industry, the PM must have the sufficient knowledge of requirements, design, solution, risks, issues, etc. So, it doesn’t matter if he/she in the junior level. It’s obvious for the PM who are worried about the project in delivery stage.

Hope you are doing fine.

The case is many project managers are not equipped with the right tools to complete tasks within the project with efficiency. The major drawback is that we are not able to be aware about the success of the project at each level, which results in ambiguity and employee time waste. Currently, there are several tools available for free such as TaskQue which I personally use to manage tasks and projects as it is very useful in assigning tasks to employees while being aware about success of each project and task. Only feature it lacks is privacy between members as making your projects private is paid feature of application.
