Hello everyone

I have some questions which I hope you can help me with.

What are the implications for a project manager of not having any clear prioritisation of objectives in terms of time, cost and quality?

Time, cost and quality measured at project completion have been widely used as performance measures for projects. When might this be useful and how is this a limited approach.

It is important to draft and analyse them before we can make with it. That can alone support us in the entire process.
