According to me, projects mostly fail due to lack of understanding problems, poor employee interaction, leaving Scrum meetings, lack of daily updates of projects and rock bottom management activities. If the project manager organizes their teams without lack in any area and also companies are a small startup at least try project management software for better handling.

Given below are some reason that I think cause project failure
  • Lack of detailed documentation
  • Failure to track requirements
  • Failure to track progress
