Hi all,

I'd like to draw your attention to an excellent new white paper by John Crawford, 'Building an Effective Change Management Organisation'.

John starts from scratch and takes a top to bottom look at how to build a effective change management organisation. Part of the paper looks at many of the available models and methods including, ITIL, TQM, PRINCE2 and Six Sigma.

If you are involved in change programmes then this paper is well worth a read.

Hi Duncan,

Thanks for the paper. Although change management is a much debated topic in both academic and practice circles, it keeps emerging as a theme for discussion.

Thanks again.
