There are over 50 formulas that you might need in project management at some point. However, on the PMP exam it's most likely to encounter questions that will require the implementation of the most basic and widely used formulas. There are roughly 10 of them. It's recommended to write a so-called cheat sheet at the beginning of the exam. In other words, the moment the clock starts ticking, you take a piece of paper and quickly write down the most important formulas and during the whole exam (4 hours) you have the formulas in front of you. It's proven to be very effective because you don't bother recalling them each time you have a question with formula.
I have my own list of formulas I consider the most useful and I would like to share it.
Also, we can discuss and modify it.
Please feel free to add something to this list that you think is missing.
Here it is:

Formulas Cheat Sheet

CV = EV-AC,
CPI = EV/AC
SV = EV-PV
SPI = EV/PV
EAC =BAC/CPI
ETC = EAC-AC
VAC = BAC-EAC
TCPI = (BAC-EV)/(BAC-AC)

PV = Planned % Complete x BAC
EV = Actual % Complete x BAC

They allow you to do this?

Yes, they give you a pen and paper and you are allowed to write anything. It's a common practice to write a cheat sheet and have it in front of your eyes during the exam.
