Hi Mayaa, You will definitely get a job a PM job without a degree; I am living proof of that assertion. I would suggest Prince2/CAPM (or APMP) is a good starting route as it shows A) theoretical PM knowledge and B) a willingness to learn the PM profession and this goes a long way for a interview. I ...

Requirements need to be SMART and prioritized. Sometimes, the client cannot have all the requirements they want so their is a trade-off. Check the MoSCoW technique as a tool for prioritizing requirements.

I also liked how you added your personal experiences in to emphasise points. My sentiments are that just talking about 'text book' techniques offer nothing more than what can be read in a book, for instance.

All, Personally, I think that you can pass the Foundation via home study only but the Practitioner exam is far more suited to a class room course. A great start to what I hope will be regular educational videos at Project Smart.

My only feedback would be maybe adding some graphics or pictures in the video to help demonstrate points being made.
