It would need to display: Budget Planned Spend to Date Actual Spend to Date Forecast to complete Forecast Total (Actual + Forecast) Variance Planned Day Rate Planned Spend to Date Actual Spend to Date Forecast to complete Total (Actual + Forecast) Variance Efficiency based against sold day rate

Reporting status on multiple projects

Hi,

I manage a team of PMs that cover 35 projects. I have to report to the board on the 35 projects each week. Does anyone have any ideas or an Excel template they could share.
