New PM Looking for Advice

Hi all,

I have just signed up as im new to project management, I have my foundations course booked in September and have been revising hard!

I have never been a PM before only a co-ordinator, I am now in a job which is very challenging and they are wanting me to become a PM, but I have no guidance within the work place as they have never had this kind of structure before.

Would be really great if any one could give me advice :)
